Midlife Revelations: A New Friend and Fresh Perspectives

I guess if I had to choose a title for the current chapter of my life, the above title would best summarize it. I am happy I joined the course, even though my primary reason for doing so was singular-I like to keep my CV updated, and I hadn't made any changes in the last few years. What came as a complete surprise was finding a new friend. I do not remember making any friends over the last two decades.

Being an introvert, it's always challenging to express myself openly or in larger groups. I often find solace in scribbling down my thoughts or taking long, peaceful walks, engaging in introspection, analysis, and discussion with myself.

Getting to know you and hearing your unfiltered thoughts has helped me realize that everyone is fighting their own battles. However, that shouldn't stop us from enjoying life. So, my new plan is to take a break at every available opportunity, something I haven't done in the last decade, and to capture some memories through photos. :)
